Angela Loves Running

I’m a runner, Clinical Sports Therapist and someone who firmly believes that running has the power to change lives.

Running hasn’t always been straightforward for me. Like many runners, I’ve experienced injuries, setbacks, periods of frustration, and times when I’ve questioned whether I’d ever get back to where I wanted to be. But I’ve also experienced the incredible feeling of crossing finish lines, building confidence, improving my health, and discovering just how resilient the human body can be.

Angela Loves Running is where I share that journey.

This blog combines my personal experiences as a runner with my professional knowledge from working in sports therapy, injury rehabilitation and women’s health. You’ll find practical advice, injury and recovery insights, training tips, honest reflections, and the occasional lesson learned the hard way.

Whether you’re taking your first steps towards a 5K, training for your next race, returning from injury, or simply trying to enjoy running a little more, I hope you’ll find something here that helps.

My approach is simple: evidence-based, realistic, and focused on helping people move with confidence for the long term.
